Loved the quick accessibility to the beach, whether by foot or the supplied golf cart. I really appreciated the well-supplied kitchen and being able to use the washer/dryer. Quiet, peaceful stay!

Place was perfect for a quick getaway. Very clean, well equipped kitchen and having the golf cart was super convenient! Host was very responsive! Zero hesitation recommending the place and we will definitely be back!

First off, the location was perfect. As a family with a child convenience is everything. It’s less than a 5 min walk even with a toddler. Didn’t think we would use the golf cart, but it made getting everything to enjoy a day at the beach a breeze. The golf cart is added value that definitely gets over looked when booking a place. As far as things to do- you’ll run out of time before you run out of activities. Also, you can’t ask for a better host. You more than likely won’t need to get ahold of him for anything, but if you do he is more than accommodating with anything you may need. We will definitely be returning !

The golf cart was a great addition getting around to the beach, restaurants or even afternoon drive. The condo itself was just like the pictures. Very clean and had everything we needed!!

We had a great vacation staying at Tom’s condo. From time of arrival we were impressed with ability for early check in to the spotless super clean beachy condo. This place has everything you need for a beach getaway with use of the golf cart for quick trip to the beach and take your pick which restaurant to go to. All the restaurants on Gulf Blvd were amazing. Tom was very responsive and great host. We would definitely recommend this Condo for your next vacation to Indian Rocks Beach.

Great place and great host! Great location right across the street from the beach entrance. It is within walking distance of restaurants and bars but this unit comes with a golf cart which was a great touch and fun to cruise around the little town. We were only 17-20 mins from Clearwater. The host Tom was very responsive and accommodating. We had an issue with the kitchen sink water pressure and he was there right away to fix it. I would absolutely come back.

We had a wonderful family vacation at Indian Rocks Beach! The condo’s location is unbeatable and we spent so much time utilizing the golf cart and the beach wagon—the sand buckets were a huge hit with the kids. The beds were very comfortable, and we really appreciated the responsive communication from the host and the ability to easily adjust the thermostat for a cozy stay. It’s a great spot for a coastal getaway!
