We love this house! It is in a great location, the pool is the perfect size and having the dock was great. The bedrooms were spacious and the kitchen and living room with the open concept was perfect. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a fabulous Girls trip. Plenty of space for 8 of us. We all felt right at home. Very relaxing and comfortable. This home has everything you need. I Will definitely consider returning for another vacation.

Being so close to the beach was perfect and made it so easy for us to relax and enjoy our time together. The host was absolutely wonderful—so responsive, kind, and easy to communicate with from start to finish. We all had an amazing time and made some really special memories here. We’re so glad we chose this home for our vacation and would happily stay again. We would personally recommend it to friends and family without hesitation!

Our family of four had a memorable vacation in Indian Rocks Beach. The house and its amenities could not have been better and made our time in IRB relaxing and worry free. The location was perfect for a laidback getaway. We have plans to book another stay soon.

We had a fantastic stay! The pool was in use constantly and getting to the beach was a breeze! We enjoyed the bay as well as the gulf, felt so relaxed, and had everything we needed. We would all love to return for another vacation! The golf cart was an amazing perk that we thoroughly enjoyed!

The house was exactly as described, had a breathtaking view of the channel and an amazing pool. We truly enjoyed our time here and the girls loved taking the golf cart on occasion!

We had a wonderful Airbnb stay at Indian rock Beach while celebrating my mom‘s 91st birthday. The location was perfect setting for such a special occasion, peaceful beautiful, and just steps away from the beach. We enjoyed stunning sunset, relaxing, walks, and precious time together the home was comfortable welcoming, and it made it easy for everyone to create lasting memories. It was truly a memorable celebration and a perfect waterfront setting.

Everything was great! The house had everything we needed plus more, and the golf cart was wonderful to have to get around everywhere.

I vacation a lot and this home was one of the best I’ve ever stayed in. The golf cart was such an amazing amenity and the house was spotless. The pool was perfect and the views from the living room were astonishing. Tom has other properties and I will absolutely look him up the next time I’m in this area. I highly recommend this home.

This is a beautiful home both inside and out! The house was super clean comfortable spacious and had everything you needed. It’s in a fantastic location with beautiful views and walkable to so many things. Hosts were great and helpful with places to eat etc. Golf cart was so fun and such a bonus to have to get around. Hosts definitely go above and beyond for your stay. If you love coffee go to the Grove it’s excellent and the line moves very fast!

We had such a wonderful stay! The home is tastefully decorated, well equipped for anything you might need and exceptionally clean! The outdoor space is phenomenal. The pool was crystal clear and invitingly warm. We didn’t utilize the grill, but noticed there was an extra propane tank if we needed it. The golf cart was a highlight! There were plenty of towels and kitchen supplies. Communication with Tom was fantastic. Do not hesitate at all to book this rental!

Very nice home. Located in a very convenient area. Golf cart was a 10/10 to get around places and made going to the beach easy. Pool was heated which was very nice on windy nights. I would book this place again and or recommend to a friend.

Absolutely perfect home for entertaining, relaxing, enjoying family and friends. Very clean inside and gorgeous backyard area. The pool is fabulous to relax and watch the dolphins swim by. Directly across the street from public beach access. Having the golf cart was a huge perk! Tom was responsive immediately to any questions! We will definitely be staying here again!

We stayed here for spring break with 3 kids. It was perfect with so much to do to keep the kids happy. Swimming, the golf cart for quick trips to the beach, all the sand toys and great restaurants near by. Family friendly I would definitely recommend!

We had an amazing holiday at Tom’s place in Indian Rocks. This was my families first time to the area and we fell in LOVE with it! Tom was an excellent host along with his team. They were great communicators during our stay. Our check-in was very easy, the golf cart was a fun treat, beach accessibility super easy and the heated pool also was very nice for end of March. The home I feel is better in person than the photos. The bed setup was perfect for our group of six. We hope to come back to Indian Rocks and Tom’s home again! Highly recommend!

Stayed here for my bachelorette weekend and couldn’t recommend it enough! Beautiful home and nice, walkable area. The golf cart was definitely an added plus! The only thing we would recommend is bring extra toilet paper if coming with a large group. However, Publix is a quick drive away for anything you need. We were all impressed and would love to visit again one day!

We stayed here for 5 days while in town to see the Phillies play in Clearwater. Two families- 4 adults and 4 kids. The house and pool were both in great condition. Walking distance to the beach and the golf cart to get there was an added bonus. We all slept comfortably and the house was perfect for what we needed. Upon arrival the garage door was broken and they fixed it right away Tom was responsive and friendly. We would stay here again.

Great stay overall. We loved the location, layout, pool, and views of the Intracoastal Waterway. The home feels basically brand new with beautiful finishes and new appliances, and the golf cart was an awesome bonus. The host communicated quickly and professionally throughout.

What an incredible place and host. This home is in an incredible spot. The golf cart makes a trip to the beach a breeze. Even without the cart you could easily walk to the beach! But with the pool you barely need to leave the house. I also want to note to future guests how awesome the hosts are. They essentially responded to anything I requested instantly. Couldn’t have been more accommodating!

The home was newly remodeled and the outdoor space was very nice. The heated pool and the ability to use the golf cart at no extra charge was a great perk! The toiletries and household supplies to get started were appreciated but yet very minimal so just plan ahead. We found IRB to be a very friendly area and a great location. Thank you for hosting us!

Fabulous rental! We had a group of 8, four adults and 4 teenage boys. This space couldn’t have been more perfect for our stay. The boys loved all hanging out and bunking together in the same room. Everything was as described and shown. Beautiful, renovated house with all that we needed. The location was great, right on the water. Our boys fished right off the dock. The golf cart was so great to get to the beach (easily walkable too). The hosts responded to any questions we had within minutes, sometimes seconds! They even had someone bring over grill tools when we couldn’t find them. The fresh flowers and prosecco were the icing on the cake. This is a gem and we hope to be back!

Great house! Pool facing South, so sun exposure all day in the pool. Sunrise and Sunset. Dolphins. Egrets. Boats. Lots too watch. The golf cart was fun for the Family. Right by the beach. Really nice place. Will be back :)

Loved our stay at this home with a larger party of family and friends. Publix Grocery very close with many restaurants (Salt Rock Grille, Kooky Coconut, Cadys, Crabby Bills) close by. Easy to find with lots of parking out front. The inside of the home was like the photos and the dining room table was very comfortable to lounge and look at the view. Great kitchen. It's hard to think of anything I would change at this property. Highly recommend

We recently rented this site for a family reunion at Thanksgiving. The rental was immaculate, new, and met all expectations. The management team were very supportive during the rental process. The property is located in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. It’s a short distance to the beach and all the local restaurants and shops. We even used the golf cart to explore the neighborhood. The kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, and living spaces are new and very comfortable for a family of five. It could easily hold more. Overall, Tom and his team provided us a great vacation. We have military members that needed some rest and it was a perfect rental for all of us to reunite. I would highly recommend renting this property.

Wow! What a gorgeous home in a peaceful and beautiful setting. We didn’t want to leave. The pool was perfect and we loved watching all the seabirds. The beds were super comfy and the space light and bright. The kayaks were icing on the cake. Hope to return!!

Wow, what an amazing stay…this place completely exceeded my expectations! The location is perfect—close to everything you’d want to do in Tampa, but still peaceful and relaxing. One of my favorite parts was that the golf carts and kayaks were included with the house at no extra charge! We spent so much time riding around and kayaking—it really made the trip even more special. The house itself is absolutely beautiful and so clean. I honestly don’t think I’ve ever stayed somewhere this spotless before. You can tell the owners take a lot of pride in keeping it well cared for. Everything felt fresh, organized, and comfortable, and it instantly felt like home. Tom was such a great host—super friendly, helpful, and incredibly quick to respond to any questions. He made check-in and check-out a breeze. I’ve stayed in quite a few Airbnbs, but this one definitely stands out as one of my favorites.

The amenities of the property - from the heated pool, golf cart to get to/from local restaurants & public beach access, the lounging dock & backyard grill, and even the sunset views - all of it made for the perfect relaxing beach weekend getaway! Would highly recommend this place to anyone seeking a similar experience! The place was spotless and clean and is on a street that's quiet, calm, and peaceful, adding to the tranquility! You're minutes, via golf cart or car, to plenty of restaurants and a grocery store. We didn't have to drive more than a few minutes for anything we needed throughout our stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home in Indian Rocks Beach! The property sits right on the Intracoastal, so we enjoyed peaceful mornings watching boats go by. It was just a short walk to the beach, making it easy to go back and forth throughout the day. The house was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing week. The neighborhood was quiet but close to restaurants and shops. — a perfect spot for a beach getaway!

This location was WONDERFUL for our family. It was clean and the location was fantastic, not to mention the convenience of the golf cart. Wonderful experience!

This place was clean, conveniently located and the host was very responsive when we had to contact him. Our flight was delayed because of hurricane Debby and he let us checkout later than normal. This was significant because we were traveling with my 2 year old grandson. We will stay at one of Toms property again. 5 stars across the board !!

This is one of the best Airbnbs we’ve ever stayed at! My family and I are very particular about cleanliness, and we had no complaints :) We loved the backyard the most - we even saw dolphins! Just be sure to pack mosquito repellent for early mornings and late evenings. The golf cart was a great addition and made exploring Indian Rocks more enjoyable. Additionally, everything was very convenient. The location was close to the beach and ice cream shops, and the laundry came with Tide Pods. We also appreciated that they had a wine opener available. The hosts were also very quick to respond to any questions we had. Will definitely be staying with them again if we're ever back!

Tom’s place was great for our girls getaway! Located right on the water, it was so relaxing to sit on the deck and watch kayakers and boaters go by. The home is impeccably clean and the kitchen has all your basic amenities if you choose to cook at home; but there are plenty of great places to eat locally. Highly recommend The Original Crabby Bills. Having access to the golf cart made getting around town so easy. The home is also well stocked with beach towels, beach chairs, and an umbrella. I highly recommend Tom’s place if you’re heading to IRB.

We had a great time at IRB. Perfect location for our family to beach, food, and short drive to Clearwater. We would definitely come back. Host was quick to respond when needed.

We try to take a blended family vacation. This bet all expectations! The kids (teens & 20s) loved every moment of being on the water and walking distance to the beach. Beautiful house and great amenities

The place was perfect for our family!! Plenty of space, very clean! Just as pictured!! We loved having access to the golf cart, it was fun and easy to get to the beach or run down the street for ice cream!! We loved having our morning coffee out back. We saw sting rays and dolphins in the morning. It was perfect!!

Great house right on the water. Golf cart very handy to take to the beach and restaurants. Loves the guide book with restaurant recommendations - we used it for everything. Most things walkable from the house as well but it was nice to take the golf cart especially to carry the beach equipment. Definitely recommend!

Decided last minute to spend a night with some work friends in IRB before heading to Tampa for a meeting and I’m so glad I did. Beautiful house on the water, so peaceful and relaxing. It was only 3 min from the beach which was clean and lovely. IRB is such a cute little area with plenty of restaurants and bars! The host was immediately available which is always helpful. Perfect getaway for a day and would definitely come back if the chance arises!

Had an AMAZING stay at Champagne Bay. Tom was a wonderful host, and so responsive. This home looked even better than the pictures, and was extremely clean. When we arrived check in was smooth and the property was very to the beach. My favorite part of the trip was seeing the dolphins swimming next to us while kayaking! Being able to get in the water from the backyard was 10/10 will definitely be back!

Great property on the water. Spacious and well furnished. Very comfortable beds! 5 minute walk to beautiful beach and Tom provided chairs towels and a golf cart to drive if you dont want to walk. Great communications. Will definitely return.
