Blue Bay

The house was perfect for our family! Enough space for everyone yet still together on one level. The house was clean, well equipped and very comfortable. We are already planning another trip and hope to stay there again!

The home was beautiful and located right on the water. The pool was incredibly relaxing, especially with the amazing bay view. We enjoyed the games inside, and having the golf cart made the experience even better as we could explore the neighborhood and easily ride one block to the beach and nearby restaurants. Overall, it was a phenomenal vacation, and we would absolutely stay here again!

We had a birthday 🎁 arty and it was just the right size for 8 of us. We went kayaking, grilled steaks, went swimming everyday. Easy access to the beach walking or golf cart. Would recommend to all my friends. Owners were very responsive to questions we had about the area. So many amenities and great location. If you get a chance check out this place to rent. Couldn’t have been happier with everything from check in to check out.

Views were great! Golf cart was so nice to have and was close to beach. AC worked well - stayed with 6 adults and 2 toddlers and had plenty of room.

Two families on summer vacation - this place was fabulous! Plenty of towels, supplies, kayaks, beach toys, chairs. So much fun and so close to the beach. We spent as much time kayaking, wake boarding and fishing in the bay as we did at the beach.We ended up cooking/eating at the house - grill and kitchen met all the needs. Definitely would scheduled again!

We had a great stay! The home was exactly as described, clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Tom was an excellent host. He was very responsive, easy to communicate with, and always available if we had any questions. The entire experience was seamless from check-in to check-out. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again. Highly recommend staying here!

Our family had a great time. The Beach is just extra, the house alone is enough for a great vacay. Over all everything was great, the beach was just steps away and the house has everything you need for a great time.

The property was a perfect setup for our family vacation. Morning sunrise on the dock is a must. Just gorgeous! So nests on the beach just as beautiful! Great fishing from the dock, lots of birds, dolphins, sting rays, and crabs. Kayaks were nice to explore the inlet. Golf cart was nice to take family and all the chairs to the beach, plus helpful getting around locally. Location of the beach only a block or so away was a bonus.

We had such a wonderful weekend stay at this house! The property was absolutely beautiful, very clean, relaxing, and exactly what we needed for a getaway. The views were amazing and one of our favorite parts of the stay. We also loved how close it was to the beach, making everything super convenient and enjoyable. The host was great and the whole experience was smooth from check-in to check-out. We would definitely love to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and beautiful place to stay!

Awesome location, great host and perfect house

This house was perfect for the group of 6. We enjoyed the outdoor area, pool, kayaks, grill, sitting area to relax. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything you needed to cook. Walking distance to beach, the golf cart was a enjoyable bonus! Hoping to be back next year.

We have booked with Florida Dreamscape Vacation Rentals in the past and have always received quick and outstanding service. This house is in a perfect location right on the intercoastal where you can fish off the dock and enjoy the beautiful view while swimming in the heated pool! We were able to walk to the beach (which is one block away) or drive the 6 person golf cart that is included in your stay. The 3 bathrooms were very beneficial. Also, liked that the laundry room had it's own entrance from the pool area or from the kitchen. The house is bright and inviting and a beautiful view for your family vacation. We will definitely be back next year!

This home was the perfect spring break escape from our cold MN weather! Having the option to hang out by the pool with our younger children or easily hop in the golf cart to get to the beach in 2 mins or less was absolutely amazing! Highly recommend!

This place is perfect for families! We had 4 adults and 5 kids and we loved everything g about this place! A short golf cart ride to the beach along with to all restaurants. The location was perfect! The house had everything you could need. We even saw a dolphin off the dock in the backyard! I would recommend this house to anyone! We had a great week!

We had a great time at this Airbnb! Host is very responsive. No issues at all. We also did a boat day through their boat service and they picked us up right at the dock! Great experience.

Stop searching. This place has everything and more. Every other review is accurate! Excellent host, amazing guide book shared once hooked, felt right at home. Couldn’t ask for anything more. The pool heat and included golf cart, spotless inside and out, out door water toys. Everything was perfect. EASY enjoyable walk to beach, shops, coffee, or ice cream or take the golf cart. It doesn’t get much better than this! Sunrises from the dock and sunsets on the beach 10 out of 10!

Tom's place was outstanding! The kitchen was fully stocked with plates, cups, and even basic spices. There was a blender & an air fryer, both of which were excellent for our two-week stay. The location was excellent. Walkable to the Grove coffee shop, CoCo's and Beach Waves restaurants/bars, and most importantly just a few blocks directly to the beach. The garage is stocked with beach chairs, a wagon, a hard-sided cooler, sand toys, and more. We used the kayak and paddleboard one day in the bay. We saw dolphins in the bay on several occasions. We really appreciated all of the outdoor furniture. It was easy to just enjoy our time there because someone came to take the trash and recycling to and from the curb, and cleaned the pool twice a week! The Wi-Fi was excellent, and three of us were on video calls at once. They were very responsive. When the ceiling fan in one bedroom quit working, Tom brought over a tower fan as a replacement within an hour.

Perfect location with beautiful views and great amenities to keep the family occupied. Pool is beautiful and the heat made it possible to swim day and night. Kayaks sups and golf cart were a nice addition to our stay. Short pleasant walk to the beach with a full choice of beach items for entertainment and relaxation. Great responsive host.

We had a great stay! It was wonderful to have the dock and back bay for fishing, kayaking, and paddle boarding. The short walk to the beach was easy and quick. Everything went well and Tom was very helpful if we needed anything.

This was by far the best place we’ve stayed so far and we travel a lot. This was the perfect place for our family vacay. Wake up to beautiful views of the bay with dolphins swimming by the dock every morning. Tom was wonderful to deal with and the house was clean and stocked with all the necessities. Only a few blocks from the beach, the golf cart was so fun. Look no further - the best place and we will be back!

We had an amazing stay at this home on 2011 Bay Boulevard in Indian Rocks Beach. The place was extremely clean, well-kept, and exactly as described. The location couldn’t be better—peaceful, beautiful, and right on the water with gorgeous views throughout the day. It’s also just a short drive to great restaurants and the beach, making it the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay at Tom’s waterfront home. The heated pool was great and the golf cart came in very handy. The house was very clean and close to the beach and restaurants.

Our vacation to IRB was wonderful. The house was perfect! It was in a walkable area very close to beach and restaurants. The backyard and pool exceeded expectations. The house was beautifully decorated, kitchen was well stocked, bathroom and bedrooms clean and comfortable. Our family loved it! Perfect trip!

We had a great time. Great home with exceptional outdoor area on the bay. Heated pool was perfect for an exceptionally cold weekend in Florida. A focal point of our family get togethers. Outdoor fire feature was an added bonus. Plenty of sleeping and bathroom space. Nice find was the extra bathroom and shower off the pool deck. Great access too to the grill. Plenty of space for my family of 4 along with elderly parents with nice separation between the primary bedroom and en-suite and the other 2 bedrooms. Nice heated pool, not deep which worked well for the kids. Kitchen had all the needed appliances plus some additional ones and was stocked with spices. The area is walkable to the beach, restaurants, and park but the provided golf cart was really a nice touch. Also, the website that the host provided with all the check-in and out instructions along with information about the area was really helpful. It’s a nice quaint beach town and we hope to get back there in the not too distant future.

Comfy beds for everyone with Master nicely separated for a great view. We docked our 21' boat for several days no problem, plenty room for the trailer and cars. Kids loved the heated pool, very nice place.

Absolutely loved the place! Everything was as describe. House is beautiful and the decor was perfect. Weather was great so we were able to use everything the home had to offer! The golf cart was the icing on the cake!! We will be back again !!

A family trip to spend time together from Great Nana to babies.

This was our second stay at the Blue Bay home. The location is perfect. We love the bay at back of the house, perfect area for kayaking and paddle boarding,(kayaks and paddle boards provided) you can fish off the dock, enjoy the sunrise and the wildlife. We had the pleasure of a manatee visit right at the dock one evening. The pool is great, lots of areas for sitting and just cooling off. Plenty of seating options around the pool and patio area. The golf cart is a great addition and we used it daily. The beach is a 2 minute drive in the golf cart! Chairs and umbrellas are available in the garage, but their availability likely depends on how well guests take care of them. Beach towels are available in the house. The house has 3 bedrooms and 3 baths, the layout worked for us, 5 adults, 1 toddler and 1 infant. The MBR is large, the shower is very nice. The kitchen is well equipped. The laundry room was very convenient for us, extra sink and counter space was useful. Working with Tom and team was very easy, they are responsive and take pride in their properties. We look forward to renting from them again.

Great vacation 🩷

The house was a dream (hidden treasure). We had been to the west coast of FL before, but this was the best vacation. We had dolphins swimming in the causeway every day. We could walk to the beach and restaurants within minutes. We used the kayaks and paddle boards daily with no issues. We loved fishing off the dock. A very relaxing stay for two families. We also used the host's private boat chartering services and they were able to pick us up right off the dock. We will definitely be back next year. Also the host was very responsive.

The house was beautiful and exactly as described. The house has everything was needed plus more! There was so much to do for my family of 6. Tom was very responsive and was kind enough to accommodate an early check in. We look forward to coming back!
