This was our second stay at the Blue Bay home. The location is perfect. We love the bay at back of the house, perfect area for kayaking and paddle boarding,(kayaks and paddle boards provided) you can fish off the dock, enjoy the sunrise and the wildlife. We had the pleasure of a manatee visit right at the dock one evening. The pool is great, lots of areas for sitting and just cooling off. Plenty of seating options around the pool and patio area. The golf cart is a great addition and we used it daily. The beach is a 2 minute drive in the golf cart! Chairs and umbrellas are available in the garage, but their availability likely depends on how well guests take care of them. Beach towels are available in the house. The house has 3 bedrooms and 3 baths, the layout worked for us, 5 adults, 1 toddler and 1 infant. The MBR is large, the shower is very nice. The kitchen is well equipped. The laundry room was very convenient for us, extra sink and counter space was useful. Working with Tom and team was very easy, they are responsive and take pride in their properties. We look forward to renting from them again.
