Beach Time Unit A

We had a great family trip! It's a fantastic location. The house was nice and clean. It was awesome to have the golf cart to navigate locally.

Me and my family had a great stay at this Airbnb it met our expectations and was a very peaceful neighborhood and we really enjoyed our stay would recommend.

We let our 13 year old daughter plan this trip, and she picked the Clearwater area along with this place for us to stay. She did a great job.We just got back, and we had a great week. The location was probably the best part. We could walk from the front door to the beach in less than five minutes. The beach was never terribly crowded either, which was nice.The pool was awesome. It looked like a newer addition to the property and was a great way to cool off after spending time at the beach. We ended up using it every day, usually in the morning, after the beach, and again before bed. We also used the hot tub several times, and it worked great.The golf cart was a nice bonus. There are quite a few restaurants nearby, so it was easy to hop on the cart and head out for dinner.Inside, the place was exactly what you'd want for a beach vacation. It was colorful, comfortable, and had plenty of room. There were only four of us, but it could easily sleep a much larger family. The beds were comfortable, the air conditioning kept the house nice and cool, and the kitchen has everything you need.Even though it's so close to the beach, the neighborhood was pretty quiet, which we really appreciated at the end of the day.Overall, this was a great place to stay, and we'd definitely come back

My son and his 2 friends stayed at Shawn’s place for 3 days. Great house, clean, convenient to the beach, loved using the golf cart. They found lots to do in the surrounding area. Great stay.

Such a great place and location. The jacuzzi and heated pool were a hit for everyone especially the kids. The beach is an easy walk but we usually took the golf cart. Bringing the beach gear and kids in the cart made life so much easier. Host was great and we really felt at home. Very happy with our stay.

House was a great set up for a group. Had all the essentials for the house and beach we needed. The golf cart was a nice perk for the trips to the beach. I don’t think the pool was heated but the hot tub for only our unit was great. Would definitely stay again.

Loved our stay! Such a great location and very clean space. Truly enjoyed and would definitely come back!

Plenty of space for our party to spread out and beds were very comfortable. Few small suggestions that would have made our stay even more perfect: 1) Additional mirrors in all of the bedrooms. The two bathrooms were one of the few places with mirrors. We had mostly girls with us and not all of the bedrooms had a mirror, so we all had to scrunch into bathrooms to get ready, which got hectic with 3-4 girls elbow to elbow in one room. 2) More beach toys. The included beach chairs, umbrella, wagon, and golf cart were great, but most beach places we have stayed at in the past had sand toys, boogie boards and stuff like that. For future families considering this property. The pool is small and pictures make it look way bigger than it is. We chose to hang out in the hot tub more as sharing with the neighbors didn't leave a lot of room to swim together. You also have to drive across Gulf Blvd to reach the beach access, which was sometimes stressful due to traffic in the golf cart.

The place worked great for my family and myself. We had a great time and felt like we were all at home. Would definitely stay there again.

Everything was absolutely perfect! The place was clean, organized, and had everything we needed! All the essentials were provided. The golf cart made accessing the area a breeze! The beach was perfection! IRB is a more residential area so the beach was not crowded, close easy access, and the beach itself was wonderful. The pool and hot tub were great! The layout was perfect. Beautiful area. We all agreed that we would rent the same house again in a heartbeat!

Beach stay unit A was a perfect stay for a get away. The golf cart included was fun and made getting around easier. Plenty of room for everyone even if last minute arrivals showed up. Can't beat the beach access right across the main road. Breakfast lunch and dinner options were within walking distance, but again the gold cart made those travels easy and fun. Would return again and rent both A and B units for a bigger get together.

Good place to stay really close the beach.

The location, pool and home were all amazing! Definitely a worthwhile stay!
