We all had a great time at this place. Fishing was so much fun . Very clean, beautiful view from the valcony, loved riding the golf cart. Will definely recommend it!

We came down from Michigan to celebrate our son’s 7th Birthday. From the beginning, the host was always very responsive to any questions we had. The rental is located in a very quiet neighborhood, and the water views are amazing. We caught a ton of fish including a giant black drum! The golf cart with the unit was such a fun bonus, we cruised around to local restaurants and bait shops, went to the beach across the street .. the IRB was the most soft powdery sand ever, and very secluded in my opinion.. we loved our stay here so much! The beds were super comfy with lots of pillows , the unit had what we needed for our 4 night stay! Loved drinking coffee on the balcony! The soap, shampoo and conditioner pumps in the shower are also a nice touch! I would highly recommend the stay here!!

The Airbnb was exactly as described clean, comfortable, and just a short walk to the beach. The golf cart was a great bonus! Unfortunately, we didn't get to use it much because it rained most of the time we were there, but it was such a nice amenity to have. Tom was a fantastic host very responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with. The location is excellent, and everything made for a relaxing beach getaway. We really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a fun and relaxing vacation!

This place was super cute and perfect for our stay. This area is very walkable, but the golf cart also came in handy. The beach is a 5 minute walk and the view in the backyard is beautiful. I would recommend this to anyone!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! This condo was everything we hoped for and more. The location couldn’t have been better, just a short walk to the beautiful beach while also sitting on the Intracoastal with gorgeous waterfront views. The golf cart was an incredible bonus and one of our favorite perks. While it can’t be driven on the main roads, you can easily navigate the neighborhood side streets to restaurants, breakfast spots, coffee shops, ice cream, and local shops. The absolute best part was being able to take the golf cart to the beach and park for free in the resident parking areas. That convenience made our beach days so much easier. Another amazing perk was having paddleboards and kayaks available. We loved getting out on the water in the mornings and at sunset, it was peaceful, beautiful, and so much fun. Our kids also loved fishing from the dock every evening and making s’mores around the fire pit. Those are memories we’ll always cherish. The condo itself was spotless

This property was a heaven sent for my family. We need a lot of space due to the size of our family and the property did not disappoint. The spacious bedrooms, sofabed and multiple areas to sit and relax; magw this trip a plus. AND THE WATER PRESSURE IN THE SHOWER.. TOP TIER. We will be back.

Tom’s wife was very helpful on-site with general questions. No issues. Exactly as described. Easy to get to beach and even more convenient when parking with the golf cart at the beach.

This was a quick get-away for myself, husband, oldest daughter, boyfriend and my fur baby. The unit was a perfect 2/2 for our small group. The location could not have been better - nice, safe neighborhood - literally 2 walking blocks from the beach, but we didn't have to walk because we had the fun golf cart to get us and all our beach equipment there! We had one cleanliness (probably overlooked by the housekeepers) and one air conditioning glitch when we arrived, but Tom was super responsive and made it right in a very timely fashion. We were in unit #4 so the bay view was beautiful - sunrise and sunset times especially. Overall, great visit and very satisfied.

Our family had a fantastic stay at this condo (unit #4- second story overlooking water). All was as described in the listing and in accordance with additional info from the host sent during reservation process. We had no issue with other guests (sharing common deck/laundry areas). Parking is limited to one vehicle per unit, additional parking in the area is limited (I would ask host for more info if bringing more than one car). We found the condo quiet, peaceful, comfortable and roomy enough for four people. NOTE: If you desire to bring your boat, here are a few recommendations based on my experience bringing my 27' Sea Hunt center console: 1. be sure to reserve dock space in advance 2. water depth wasn't an issue 3. bring extra mooring lines and bumpers (not a floating dock/significant tide height changes during new moon phase). 4. bring extra water hoses to tie into existing condo water hose to flush outboards/clean boat We found this condo to be a great value!

We enjoyed our stay at IRB. The location was perfect and exactly what we were looking for.

We absolutely loved Largo and Indian Rocks Beach! The beaches are amazing, the restaurants are fantastic, and there’s so much to do nearby. We especially enjoyed having the boat access — it made it so easy to visit places like Honeymoon Island, Anna Maria Island, Egmont Key, and Fort De Soto. This place has an incredible boat slip and truly has everything you need for a perfect stay. Highly recommend!

We loved Tom’s place ! It had a beautiful full length upper deck that we enjoyed coffee, dinner and drinks on overlooking the water . The area was great with the beach at the end of the street and restaurants close by . The Condo was clean, nicely decorated and very comfortable . We will definitely return . Thanks Tom !

Stayed for about a week with family. Tom was a great host. Always friendly and quick to respond. Area was safe and quiet, but close to everything and the golf cart was the best!! Condo was clean and comfortable. Beach chairs, towels and umbrella were a huge plus. There is even a side porch that we used for morning workouts! Would definitely rent again. Thanks Tom!

We had a good stay here. Nice views of the bay from balcony. Just 2 blocks to beach. Was nice to have golf cart and lots of beach chairs available. Lots of restaurants nearby. Good communication. Highly recommend

Great location! Right on the sound and just a couple blocks to the beach. One of our guests was on crutches so the golf cart was perfect to get her around! Overall a fantastic space! Our unit had the upper level balcony private to ourselves as well which was splendid.

We enjoyed our stay in Indian Rocks Beach. The bayfront location was beautiful and relaxing, and it was an easy walk or quick golf cart ride to the beach. The golf cart was a great asset and made getting around very convenient. The condo was clean upon arrival and the beds were comfortable, which made for a pleasant stay.A few areas could use some updating and upkeep, including the doors between the bathrooms, screen doors, and some bathroom fixtures. We also noticed that the hot water didn’t last long enough for multiple showers in a row, which was a little challenging after long beach days when everyone was trying to get ready for dinner.Overall, we enjoyed the location and amenities and had a great time in Indian Rocks Beach and likely ne back.

Stayed 3 weeks and felt right at home. Great location for food and beach.

We enjoyed our stay on the bay with just a short walk to the beach. The beautiful outdoor area is perfect for watching the sunrise and relaxing. We saw manatee, dolphins and more! The unit is well equipped. The golf cart and beach supplies are very nice and made our getting around so easy! This was our second stay and we will be back!

Perfect spot for two couples and unit had everything we needed for a great stay. Loved the water view every morning with coffee, great location with lots to do close by. We absolutely loved our stay in Indian Rocks Beach! The space was clean, tidy, private, and had everything we needed. The setting was beautiful and peaceful, and the location couldn’t be better, within walking or golf-cart distance to a great little local bar, and the beach was just steps away. This place was amazing overall, and we would 100% recommend it to anyone visiting the area. We’ll definitely be coming back for another visit because there’s still so much more to explore. If you’re looking for an incredible place to stay with some of the best hosts we’ve ever had, this is the spot!

I was so impressed with the personal promptness and helpfulness. The place is beautifully decorated with a fantastic view of the bay and very short walk to the beach! The golf cart was a huge bonus as well as the new beach gear. We will definitely stay here again when we return!

This place is everything you could have asked for on vacation. From the view to the beach, the golf cart and even the beach chairs provided were amazing! Tom was so friendly and responsive if we needed anything. This place made us realize real quickly this is everything you could want in an Airbnb!

This is a four-unit condo building. We stayed in unit #4 which was on the second floor. This condo sat right on the ICW and the balcony was wonderful for a water view without the crowds and noise. The beach was two blocks and one street over and we traveled to and from the beach with the assigned golf cart along with nice beach chairs and umbrella. We came during end of Sept and first of Oct 2025 so most of the crowds were gone. King size beds in the condo were very comfortable, and all the amenities were sufficient for a short stay at the beach. The price and area were great for what we wanted. Bathrooms could be updated but for the price this was a good deal. Tom was responsive to our needs by providing his telephone number and a 63-page pdf file explaining the condo polices and all area attractions.

Can’t wait to come back with grandbabies! It was a 2 bedroom and we really only needed 1 as it was just my husband and I. Everything was better than pictures! Just gorgeous! Plus, my 1st arbnb rental… IT WAS AMAZING!
