Talk about an absolutely beautiful, spacious, and perfectly located home for a friend's getaway weekend! 5 bedrooms, big kitchen, amazing backyard and poll. This house had everything we needed, tons of towels and all the cooking things. Easy 4 minute walk to the beach! Didn't want to leave! Hosts were super responsive with all of our questions and requests which made it a relaxing trip!

The rental far exceeded our expectations. Location was great, very clean, plenty to do in the area. Thank you for making this a great weekend!

Eight of us (two singles, three couples) stayed at Tom’s. We had plenty of room and did not feel cramped. The primary bedroom/bathroom pushed the home into incredible. Hosts were immediately responsive to our needs and we felt comfortable contacting them. Thank you for a wonderful stay!! Will definitely be returning 😍

Tom is an extremely responsive and professional host. Everything that is offered with the rental makes it a compelling and enjoyable experience: in addition to the five bedrooms and the pool in the backyard (great for kids), Tom also provides free use of a golf cart, beach chairs, beach tent and umbrella, tons of towels, cooler, etc. Also, a mini golf setup in the front yard and flat panel TV's everywhere you look! It's a lot of bang for your buck. We also enjoyed the local attractions. The Dali Museum is definitely worth a visit and so is the Titanic exhibition. We're from NYC so we had a taste of home when we visited Jo-El's, amazing pastrami and deli sandwiches. We would happily rent from Tom again.

We were a family group of 10, 3 generations. Everyone loved your place! We had corn hole contests, ping pong tournaments lots of swimming. Did not get a chance to dine out as one son is a chef and kept us well fed. We all agreed that another stay there was probably going to happen. Thank you for sharing your place with us.

There were a total of 6 of us, 4 adults, one teenager and a child. We each had our own space, plenty of room between the 3 levels, with our own bathrooms. The kitchen was fully stocked and made breakfast easy every day. The golf cart was an added treat. Yes walking to the beach is close enough but with the golf cart it was seconds! The pool was refreshing on evenings after days at the beach. We even used the putting green, ping pong table and corn hole boards. The beds were all comfortable and cozy. We would absolutely recommend this home for large parties.

Of all the Airbnb’s we have gone to, this is by far my favorite. The house was the perfect size for my family and dogs. The layout of the home, as well as the backyard, is ideal. It’s even better in person than in the pictures. Having the Golf Cart available for guests is a great touch as well. We loved the location, loved the home, and we can’t wait to come back.

Great place for all 8 adults. Nice big kitchen. Made our weekend wedding great. Few blocks from the beach and just hanging out in the pool area was great. Host was great as well.

wonderful location. house perfect for our group of 11. golf cart and beach access were invaluable. local shops close. wife, myself, 2 daughters 1 son, 2 spouces 2 teenages a 5 year old and 2 year old. complete kitchen 4 batrooms, 2 laundry rooms and a small pool. it was perfect for us.

Tom's place was ideal for our family's visit to IRB with easy gathering spaces inside and out. We love the pool, games, tiki bar set up and big outside dining table - plus, so easy to get to the beach and restaurants in IRB by foot or golf cart. Tom was so friendly and responsive - look forward to staying again!

Tom’s Azul Paradise was one of the cleanest Airbnbs we’ve ever stayed at — everything was spotless from the moment we arrived. The house is bright, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up for families. The kids absolutely loved having the golf cart! It made getting around super fun and easy, especially since the beach is just a short ride away. We really appreciated how convenient everything felt. The neighborhood was a huge highlight — much nicer and quieter than Clearwater Beach, with a peaceful, relaxed vibe. We loved that pickleball courts and a great park with a playground were just a block away, so the kids had plenty to do right nearby. Tom was a wonderful host, and the place exceeded our expectations in every way. We’d definitely book again on our next trip to the area!

We stayed for 2 weeks, we enjoyed every minute of it. Everything was great, had what we needed. Answered any questions promptly! Will come again if we need that large of a house! Prefect spot, pool was a big hit along with bags and ping pong. Love how close to beach. Gulf cart was a plus as well. Thank you so much!!

This was an ideal place to stay. 5 Min walk to the beach or about a 1 min golf cart ride! Great coffee place and bakery/cafe as well as an amazing ice cream shop right down the street. The house itself was very spacious and clean. The backyard, outdoor area, ping pong table and pool were favorites for us. We would stay again for sure!

Our large and growing family make a Phillies spring training trip every year. This home layout and location are simply fantastic! Everything you need to do is within walking distance and as an added benefit there is a golf cart. The owners were very engaged, responsive, and they were available! My family would hihky recommend this location.

Tom’s home was amazing for my wife and me and our 5 children! From the pool, to all the games, to all the rooms for the kids, to the location - you can beat this home. The beach is a short walk away and there are some great restaurants, coffee shops and a perfect ice cream shop right down the street. The home had everything we needed including an 8 seat golf cart! There is also a public library 2 minutes down the street as well as a kids playground and baseball/tennis/pickleball courts. We will be back!!

Tom’s home is beautiful!! So perfect for a weekend getaway with a group of friends or family! Not only is the location perfect and so close to the beach, but between the pool, ping pong, putting green, etc. the amenities at the home made the stay very fun! You can tell Tom put a lot of attention into the details of this property and takes care of it very carefully! 10/10 stay!

The house was great for 5 adults and 5 children. We loved the backyard and outdoor spaces! The kids had a great time in the pool and on the putting green. We loved the quiet neighborhood and that the beach was so close. The golf cart was great and the beach was absolutely beautiful. The host, Tom, was friendly and extremely responsive to any question. Wonderful family getaway and wouldn't hesitate to book again...can't wait to go back!

My family of 8 had an amazing time here. Very spacious and the kids loved the backyard. Easy walk to the beach and a few restaurants and shops that are right down the street. The big kitchen and two refrigerators made it easy for our big family to cook Thanksgiving dinner.

Great, family neighborhood. Home was walking distance to Gulf of America and the beach was very clean. Cute breakfast spot a block from home, as well as, an ice cream shop. Short drive to Clearwater beach. Tom was so very helpful with any questions we had.

The pool and game rooms were a hit with my family. Loved the heated pool. Back yard was great for bags and grilling along with just hanging out. The master suite is awesome.

We rented this beautiful home for a girls weekend and had an absolutely amazing time! The house was large and spacious, had a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and more amenities than we could use! The golf cart saved us so much money because we were able to go to many close local restaurants without having to have rented a car, not to mention that it was a great fun, weaving our way through the back streets of Indian Rocks Beach! Speaking of the beach, the closest beach access was just a few minutes walk and easily accessible also by golf cart… beach chairs, an umbrella, a cooler, and pool towels were provided. The heated pool was perfect for when we didn’t want to be at the beach. The primary bedroom is unbelievable… a fireplace, gigantic, soaking tub, and walk-in shower make you feel like you have stepped into the millionaire lifestyle. We had the absolute best time and would love to come back! Thank you!

The pool was everything we wanted. We loved it. The whole backyard experience was incredibly comfortable, clean and private. Tom was incredible, always easy to get in touch with and very helpful. I usually don't stay at the same place twice, but I will definitely be back to the property.

Home was exactly as described in the listing. We loved the outdoor area most; we made good use of the pool and game area. The covered outdoor seating is perfect for watching the afternoon beach thunderstorms roll through! Beds downstairs were some of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on in an Airbnb. We enjoyed that all of the bedrooms were equipped with smart TV’s; everyone could choose their own movie for rainy days! We had a great time and would rent again!

Our family really enjoyed our stay at Azul Paradise! The heated pool and golf cart were big hits with our daughters. We also enjoyed the nearby playgrounds and nature preserve.

We had a group of 11 and there was more than enough room and activities at the house like ping pong, corn-hole, the pool, putt-putt, golf cart, and outdoor area to relax. The hosts are very responsive and friendly! They allowed us to check in much earlier than listed and they brought coolers to the house 10 minutes after we requested them. Overall experience was 10/10.

Fantastic home and location! We really enjoyed the space - inside and out. We happened to be there during a tropical storm, but the house held up very well and we felt safe and secure. Outside space and master bedroom were our favorite spaces. Kitchen was pretty well stocked, some items missing but overall experience was excellent!

Great location for a family beach vacation with ample space to spread out in the house. Easy access to the beach and nearby restaurants using the golf cart. Pool area was the perfect post-beach retreat. We hope to go back again!

During our stay one particular day we had an issue with air conditioning on main level. Tom responded quickly & had it repaired & working the same day.

Property was everything advertised. Pool and backyard were fantastic and great place to hang after a trip to the Beach. Golf cart was real handy to get around the local area and to the beach.Bedrooms were nice and accommodated our needs. Master bedroom was huge and bathroom-shower-tub was top notch. Putting green provided additional activity for all. I give it a 5 star rating!

Had a fantastic family gathering at Azul Paradise! There were a total of 10 of us. My parents who are in their 70s, my wife and our kids who are 9 and 11, and my brother, his wife and their two daughters who are 16 and 19. The upstairs top level worked perfectly for us with a king bed and double size bunk beds so my kids both had large beds as well. Tom was a great host who was super responsive when we had questions and made sure we had an enjoyable stay! Lastly, the outdoor area was so peaceful and made the place the perfect gathering for the 10 of us with so much to do and very spacious. Definitely recommend this place.

Very nice accomodations and wonderful pool. We had a great time. There are lots of places to eat and the beach is just far enough away from the major resorts so it's ot overly crowded. Would certainly come again.

Had a fantastic weekend at Tom’s home. He sent an in depth guidebook that covered everything from check in to check out, including great local recommendations for dining and activities. I would recommend anyone looking for a great house in Indian Rocks Beach to stay.

The property is amazing with great on-site amenities! It was relatively cold during our stay but the pool was heated and felt great. Tom was very helpful and everything went flawlessly.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor spaces accompanying the house… pool area, corn hole, tv/sitting area w/bar and of course the ping pong table & putting green. Most everything is within walking distance, but if it isn’t the large golf cart comes in handy! My competitive family definitely loved the pickle-ball courts nearby. The area is so quaint & friendly. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful and extremely spacious home. Sound is fairly isolated between bottom and top floors. Great location within walking distance of a beautiful beach that didn't feel too crowded. So many different activities available in and around the house. Host was quick to respond and helpful.

Had a great stay at the Azul paradise with a group of friends! Location was great for activities in IRB and the house had lots of games to keep us busy. Golf cart was a lifesaver for quick trips to the grocer and the the various bars along the main road. Beach was also right down the road. Master bathroom is also really nice!

After more than two weeks after our trip, our group is still talking about how great this house is. Walking distance to a grocery store, great restaurants and the beach, while also having plenty of reasons to stay in and enjoy the pool and indoor and outdoor hang-out areas. The house slept ten of us very comfortably, and we were never fighting for a bathroom, shower or seat when we wanted to relax. I may have found my go-to place if I'm ever visiting the Tampa Bat area. And thanks again to Tom for being so responsive and helpful! 10/10 would recommend staying here.

This house, perfectly situated in a lovely neighborhood close to the beach, shops, and nature trail/playground, had so many fun features and surprises! It was a toss up between the golf cart, ping pong table, putting green, and fun pool as the kid’s’ favorite parts of the house. The master bedroom is huge - big enough for extra blow up beds, the 3rd floor bedroom was perfect for a group of kids- but not so much for adults since it lacked a bathroom. The kitchen was big enough for a large group, bar and outdoor table was great for dinner, and the front porch was perfect for morning coffee. Tom, the owner, was extremely responsive when we called about a leak and he appreciated our feedback about the lack of a vacuum for us to use during our stay (so much sand w/ 7 kids). He went out and purchased one for the house for future guests. Overall, we highly recommend this rental and may even come back to it one day ourselves!

We spent more time outside than we did inside. I wish we could have stayed longer. The large kitchen was another highlight for us. We never felt cramped. The place was exactly what was listed and what we wanted. The place was clean and perfect for our family. We loved the pool and outside area and used it everyday after the beach. The location was perfect and close to everything we needed! Tom was very responsive and having the golf cart was so nice to go around town.

A really great house and Tom was in communication easily! We were there 5 days with 8 adults, 1 child and 3 toddlers under 2, and there was plenty of room for us all. The location is about 3 blocks from the beach - easy to walk, but with toddlers, we took the golf cart (which was very convenient to have for running to the small stores or ice cream). The backyard was very large and had astroturf, not grass, so you never had to worry about dirt, stickers or ants. Plenty of lounges, chairs for sitting outside. we used the outside bar room (with couches and a TV) all day long. Tons of pool toys and beach towels. The pool was cool enough (unusual for an uncovered pool in July in Florida) and large enough for most adults and all of the kids. Plenty of lighting at night, to sit and watch the kids play in the pool, and the converted garage doors, when left open, provided a nice breeze. we were outside from 9am - 8pm The inside was well-appointed, not cluttered. Large TV, plenty of seating, a long island to sit at. The beds were comfortable. No problems encountered and the house stayed VERY cool, which is surprising in a 3-story in July. The 2nd story Master retreat was huge - we placed 2 of the pack-n-plays in there for the babies (dark and away from the general areas). Plenty of small gestures, such as shampoo, conditioner, paper towels, laundry detergent (2 laundry rooms!!). We all agreed we would be back the next time we are in Indian Rocks!!

The property was absolutely stunning! The pool was perfect for the kids when they were done at the beach. The walk to the beach was very easy and there were lots of fun little shops on the way. The house was a perfect fit for our family with tons of great amenities!!!

Great property! Bathroom layout for the loft sleeping area was different but the outside space was amazing!

We had a great time as a family of 12 staying in this house. Their was plenty to do on site for all the ages and enough room for everyone. Tom did a wonderful job communicating with us before the trip as well as when we were on site. The only thing I would recommend is to bring bug spray for those nights out by the pool. The bugs are relentless. This is in no way a reflection of the homeowner, it’s just summer in Florida. I would highly recommend this home.

Our favorite Airbnb to date! The location was perfect - easy beach access and the beach was so beautiful and clean. The house had fantastic space for our extended family of 11 to spend time outdoors and we all enjoyed the pool too. We were able to try several local restaurants within blocks of the house that were delicious and we enjoyed having breakfast and lunch in the kitchen. Everything was clean, spacious, and well appointed. Tom was responsive to questions and made the whole process easy - from booking to check out! We all want to come back!

We had a large group of guys for a long weekend and this place couldn’t have been better. The location was pretty perfect with bars, restaurants, convenient stores, and the beach all within walking distance. That said, the golf cart is super handy if wanting to go out a bit further. The house itself can make it tough to leave though. Putting green, great and private pool setup with some indoor/outdoor areas for when it rains. Used the Blackstone Griddle every morning and it worked like a charm. Tom was great to communicate with and if we had needed anything I’m sure it would have been tended to right away. Plenty of space and amenities for a big group to have a great time. This spot pretty much has it all. Would definitely recommend

Great house for a large group to host a college graduation event! The outdoor space was fantastic, and the house very well stocked. Only thing we wish we would have realized earlier is that the upstairs bunk room does not have a bathroom so either has to use the master bath or go down 2 flights to the ground level.

Convenience of beach chairs and wagon plus a golf cart! 5 min walk to the beach. Lots in walking distance. Instacart groceries were quick. Communication was awesome with owner. He was very flexible to work with. We will definitely be back! Pool was awesome with a large outside area! We spent half the trip out there ❤️

Tom was a wonderful host and extremely responsive and helpful!! The house was gorgeous and a perfect location to the beach and nearby restaurants.

Tom’s house is absolutely beautiful. It’s the perfect size for a lot of people and it has so many amenities that can keep you entertained in the house all day long. We loved swimming in the backyard, playing ping pong, and taking the golf cart to the beach. I can’t imagine a better, more beautiful house or a better location in Indian Rocks, and I would highly recommend this house!!

Azul Paradise was a great hit for our large group! The house is newly remodeled, clean and organized. For our group, the setup was key. From a professionally landscaped putting green out front, contoured heated pool, artificial turf back yard (kids loved it!), nice lounge chairs, cornhole game, ping pong table, extra large flat iron propane grill, stylish 6-person golf cart to help with beach runs, tiki bar area out back, and so much more. The property layout gave room for the various groups to have their own space and do many things at once. The kids really enjoyed watching movies on the large flatscreen out by the tiki bar, then the bunk room loft. The house is located very close to the many public beach access points, IRB Cafe, nice restaurants, surf shop and convenience store. Half of the group would ride in the golf cart, the remainder would take a 5 minute walk. Finally, Tom was a pleasure to work with. Always responsive, relaxed and helpful. It is clear that Tom has figured out to make the process as smooth and straightforward as possible. The smartphone app with all the details from check-in to check-out, nearby food, etc. was a nice touch. Nice work! We will definitely come again. Thank you.

Azul Paradise was the best experience we have had with any rental property. We hosted our adult kids, spouses and grand child. Lots of room and the configuration of the outdoor spaces with the transformed connected garages, pool, grill area, putting green felt like we had activities going on everywhere. The golf cart was super handy making use of the “cart parking only” areas at the beach. IRB Sunsets were beautiful… only 40 minutes from Tampa airport made direct flights easy. Oh and Tom, the host, provides an App that leaves no stone unturned. He was great and very accommodating.

We throughly enjoyed our stay in IRB and the property was awesome. Spent most the time at the pool and enjoying the ping pong and bar area. Great restaurants to walk to and very responsive host. Plan to return year after year.

Very nice place , wil go there again

This was a great house. When Tampa airport had a meltdown day and canceled 20+ flights we scrambled to find a place to stay for a few days and Tom’s house had a small availability to fit our couple days. Within an hour we were set and had a place to stay, which was a huge relief traveling w family and a couple kids. The house itself is also incredible which helped turn a long day into a positive few more days in Florida. The backyard is a wonderful place to hang out with the pool, yard, and outdoor bar and game area. Inside was perfect, well stocked, big TVs, comfortable beds, and a great kitchen. We had a great stay and Tom was super responsive and helpful.

The property is just as pictured and described. This is the first time we have rented a house and it has exceeded our expectations. The kids enjoyed the backyard and game room. My wife enjoyed the poolside lounge chairs. Tom was great and communicated everything well. The property maintenance company is also very helpful and goes above and beyond to ensure the cleanliness of the property.

Toms house was fantastic just as fantastic as he was as a host. The house truly has everything you could need and the backyard and outdoor area makes you never want to leave the house. Our group enjoyed the flat top grill, the pool, ping pong, the putting holes, among many other things. The golf cart was perfect to get around the town. Beds were comfortable and plenty of space inside the house. Plenty of towels as well. Tom was awesome and easy to communicate with. He gave regular updates and stopped by to say hi when he saw us in the front yard but was not intrusive at all. He was very friendly and helpful. We can’t wait to come back again. Our group has done many house rentals in various cities and everyone agreed this was their favorite.

This was a terrific property for our family to accommodate my dad who needed a first floor bed/bath and my teenagers who liked the pool, ping pong and bag-o games. It is spacious, clean and the property manager is great with communications. We especially like having the golf cart to run over to the beach for sunset! Highly recommend!!
