What time is check-in?
Most Florida Dreamscape homes check in after 4:00 PM local time. Exact times are on each property page under Things to know and in your booking email. Early check-in is sometimes possible — ask us once your booking is confirmed.
How do I get keys / access the lockbox?
Self check-in is typical. Lockbox or door-code instructions are sent in your pre-arrival / booking messages (usually the day before or morning of arrival). Please do not share codes outside your travel party. If anything looks off when you arrive, call us right away.
Where do I park?
Parking varies by home — driveway, garage, reserved spot, or street rules. Your booking email and the property listing note what is included and any HOA or overnight limits. When in doubt, use only marked guest spots and keep driveways clear for neighboring homes.
How do I get the Wi‑Fi?
Network name and password are in your guest guide / booking email and often posted inside the home (near the router or on a welcome card). If you cannot connect, reboot the router once, then text or call us — we will walk you through it.
Where does trash go?
Use the bins noted in your guest guide (usually behind the home or in a designated enclosure). Bag household trash, close lids, and follow any local pickup-day notes we send. Please leave recycling sorted if bins are labeled. Do not leave bags at the curb overnight where wildlife or HOA rules apply.
What about quiet hours?
Please keep things neighbor-friendly, especially evenings and early mornings. Typical quiet hours are about 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM unless your listing says otherwise. No parties or events. Outdoor music and pool noise travel — thank you for treating the neighborhood like home.
Who do I call if something is wrong?
For non-emergencies during your stay, call or text Florida Dreamscape at (727) 308-6726 or email the address in your booking confirmation. For life-threatening emergencies, dial 911 first, then let us know.
